Welcome to the Belliss Homes Suncadia and East Side Division. Belliss Homes, LLC is a high-end custom and spec builder with divisions on both the West and East side of the mountains.

Todd Pettit, President and Founder of Belliss Homes has been building in Suncadia since 2006 and is currently serving Suncadia, Tumble Creek and the surrounding areas. As land expert, he has a command of ever aspect of the building process from land acquisition, land feasibility studies, entitlements (permit process) and budgets for design and construction.

The Belliss Homes team includes everyone from interior designers and architects, to highly-skilled craftsmen. The secret to our success is great relationships. Belliss' own dedicated talent combined with trusted and experienced trade contractors makes for a dream home building team.

Our team has an extensive understanding of the design and building process.
